The worst insurance company in the history of human-being. I dropped off my car at their designated auto body shop and my car was expected to pick up next Monday. Yet, Hanover inspector did not show up at the auto body shop for secondary inspection on supplementary repair. So, it has been delayed another three days. Now, it has been already one week. Yet, I haven't got my car back. Hanover simply notified me that they cannot cover the rental car fee for the extended repair. I wanted to talk to the claim department manager. But, she was out to lunch almost whole day. Very frustrating and disappointing. This is the worst insurance company that I worked with. I will surely discourage my friends and family members from purchasing Hanover insurance.
