The difference between one star and five stars appears to be who/which agent they were dealing with. Those who gave one star reviews should also name the agent, so Goji can improve their overall performance and prospective clients (like me) can avoid agents who do not represent the office well. Thanks to the five star reviews, new customers can choose an agent who will go the extra mile and give the best service. I would hope that those who were honored are given a bonus for that.

dont give them your personal information. they are a part of identity theft scam. They take your information, transfer it to another gringo who dont know a clue what is going on.

Signed up online for insurance quotes. Received a text message from Goji Insurance, followed the instructions in their text message to stop receiving communications. Continued to receive call after call from them. They call and hang up without leaving a message. i finally called them back after 4 calls. I explained that I asked them to stop and the woman continued as if she didn't hear me. I asked her again if she heard me, she said they would make note of it.

Charles Perault was my Goji contact/licensed agent. To start, my experience was very positive, despite the fact, I did not switch my car/home/umbrella insurance policies from my current carrier. Goji Insurance can best be compared with Kayak Travel, Travelocity, Expedia. It is a one stop location where insurance from many of the top companies are compared for the best rate. Before you call, BE AWARE of and BE PREPARED about your own situation first.....this will affect your overall level of satisfaction. 1) Print out your current policies and be prepared to share your coverage information otherwise, there is hardly a chance you will get an 'apples to apples' comparison, 2) If you have major (speeding) moving violations and/or accidents within the last 3 years, you likely will have a hard time getting better pricing than what you currently have, 3) Prepare to spend at least 15-20 minutes of your time so that information can be accurately understood. Provided you are able to successfully check off on the three points above, Charles as a licensed agent will input the info into a universal insurance rating application and provide you with insightful information about the insurance you currently have and if he can get you a better rate. Again, I did not switch my insurance because my current rates were competitive but I did not know that prior to my call, now I do. My only other option to find out if my current rates were competitive would have been to call each and every insurance company and deal with a different agent every time......WHO HAS TIME FOR THAT? Possibly some of the unsatisfied reviewers had an unpleasant experience because they either knowingly or unknowingly discovered they are high risk customers which usually translates into higher insurance costs.

I've been a customer for a year now. I have been able to save lots of money with the help of Johnathan Staley. He seems very knowledgeable about the insurance industry and I have never experience the caring and diligent service from any other company that Jonathan provided for me. It was a delight to know that there are people out there who takes pride in their job and treat you with respect and dignity. It was heart warming to hear how hard he worked over the phone to get me the best rate possible. No pressure, no gimmicks. He even helped me find an incredible premium for my homeowners insurance for my new home. I'm glad I kept his number! I will recommend him to anyone that's searching to get good affordable quality insurance. Thanks Johnathan! You rock!
