Martin is so terrible at responding to emails and phone calls it is shocking. I feel completely ignored every time I have to contact the office for something. I get the impression he is too busy and can't be bothered. Absolutely unacceptable. I will not renew worth this company and do not recommend it to anyone based on my own experience.
