I always considered this place as one of the best parts about living in the neighborhood whether that's Harrison Ave or Russian Hill. I stop by the City Lights Bookstore multiple times a week, sometimes purchase a book, sometimes just explore by picking up something that seem interesting to me and read over there and see if it intrigues me. My only negative feedback is about the times that they close the store because of a "private event" which is really frustrating for someone who is just coming over there for the bookstore. This happened to me 3 times already and I punished them by purchasing some books online instead of picking from the store. Outside of that, I love you City Lights.
