Not as good as it thinks it is. Good Italian food served in too large portions and not designed for slow social dinning.

Wow. What can I say. What you get when you mix the best of New Orleans with Boston. I know that sounds weird but where we were sat reminded us of that. And Hanover was jumping that night. Anyway, great food, great servers

Glenn... Paula just bought our first bottle of Malfy Gin. We enjoyed our first Bricco time with you early on 9/6 at the end of the bar. Thanks for making our visit to North End a blast! We left the next day to go home to Hurricane Irma in Florida... all safe now! Thank you and best regards, Paul & Paula

my boyfriend and friends planned a dinner for me for my birthday and they chose Bricco. A couple of the friends had dined there before and they highly recommended the establishment. We did not have a fantastic, out of this world experience. I thought the service was extremely sub par and the food was not superb either! For the amount of money we spent (there were 4 couples) and for being a high end Italian restaurant in the North End of Boston we both, my boyfriend and I expected a lot more! We were very disappointed, especially after our server spilled 5 out of our 8 Limoncello shots all over one of my friends back and in her purse! When the bill was presented, we were still charged for the shots. We requested the shots be taken off the bill. They did take them off, but it did not adjust the 20% gratuity that had been added onto the bill. And the last thing was, we brought in our own cake for my birthday. They charged us a $24 cake cutting fee (we could have easily cut the cake ourselves) and when we opened the cake box the next day the cake looked demolished. It was not in tact at all! Again, very disappointing and upsetting. We will definitely not go back there!

Great food, but the service was not so great. We ordered an expensive bottle of red wine (over $100) that one of the buss boys knocked over spilling at least 1/4 of the bottle onto the floor (fortunately none spilled onto us). Our waiter offered to bring us an extra glass, but never did AND charged us for the entire bottle that we weren't able to drink. At least a portion of the bottle should have been taken off of our bill. Disappointing.
