I arrived on time, the salon was empty except for one other customer. I had to wait for Julie to finish with her.
My hair had grown too long and I wanted (and I told her exactly what I wanted) a blunt cut a bit below the shoulders with blunt bangs. She was very pushy about "feathering" the ends and the bangs. No no I said. She then turned my around so I could not see what she was doing. She was feathering. Then she took to the eyebrows with tweezers (I can do tweezers myself, I wanted a wax and shape). I was so disappointed. I am still growing out this hideous haircut. Now I know why there are never cars in the parking lot. Stay well away from here and her.
