I've really enjoyed my experiences at MyoFly. The online scheduling, talented therapists and wide array of hours has been very nice! I have tried multiple therapists and been satisfied with everyone there. I went to Krista recently and she somehow knows EXACTLY how much pressure to use - she's amazing! I wouldn't be intimidated by the membership fee either - once you get a few massages it pays off, and the monthly auto-debit program for a 90 minutes massage is a really good deal.

I have come here a couple times while traveling to Boise on business, and I've never been disappointed. They have extensive hours (9 am to 9 pm, 7 days a week), easy and convenient online scheduling, and exceptionally reasonable rates. I've never had a bad massage here ... And as a matter of fact my most recent massage (with Kate) was one of the best I've had in a long time. She tackled my right shoulder (which constantly gives me problems) and really helped loosen up the sore spots. Highly recommended!

I initially heard about Myofly from a friend who was part of their membership program. When she told me what a great deal she was getting I decided to check it out. I used to get bi-monthly bodywork but it became something I couldn't budget for anymore. The membership program they offer helps remove the financial barrier that kept me from getting regular massages.
I am naturally very tense and have a difficult time relaxing my muscles at the very beginning. I've been seeing Kate at Myofly and she goes above and beyond to help me get in a comfortable state with hot stones and essential oils. She knows a lot about essential oils past your general "mint" and "lavender" that you get a typical spa, I appreciate that.
On one occasion I had a sudden, very painful neck issue. Kate was able to get me in as fast as my schedule could accommodate and I walked out being able to turn my head without extreme discomfort. Any other time I've visited she remembered my specific issues and sensitivities and made me feel like a valued costumer.
I'd absolutely recommend Myofly to anyone who is looking for quality, convenient, and affordable bodywork.
