The folks at this pizza hut location are always on the top of their game. They will treat you well, get your order fast, and it will be correct. As a plus, they are always nice!

Have had them not cook my pizza all the way. Most of the time their are hardly any toppings on the pizza. I have been over charged. Gave me the wrong toppings. I love pizza hut but this store I hardly order through because my pizza is always wrong.

Ordered food to my motel room they forgot one of the items on the order and ended up never delivering it

***Turned my frown upside down!***
So I usually order from this State Street location and I have never had a problem until today. When I opened my box of pizza, all the meat was scattered everywhere, there was barely any salt on my salted pretzel crust, and if you look very closely on the back of the pizza box you can see that there is a piece of sausage impaled on the Flappy thing lol. Honestly it looked like had it had been dropped and then put back in the box. So I decided to call in and sadly complain about the the pizza. The man I talked to was very nice and understanding. He said that the delivery guy may have made a sharp turn, and that he would have a brand new pizza sent out asap, and to keep the messed up one because it was still edible. He was very professional and understanding, and didn't have to send me a new pizza or even make me exchange the messed up pizza for a new one. 4 stars for pizza +1 more for outstanding service! Thank you again!!!
