Blooming onion was obviously cooked well before it was served as it was cold and greasy. Service was lacking. Baby back ribs tasted like fish and we didn't even order fish.

The service and food were good. I don't feel we didn't completely get our moneys worth. The progress were a little high I thought.

Waited about an hour for my drink. When it came it was wrong. Twice! Food order was also wrong. Manager said would take the cost of the drink off my ticket, he did not. Not a really good experience.

I'm sad to say this Outback (hopefully not the others) has completely gone down hill. Outback used to be my favorite restaurant, and I'm having a hard time saying this but it's just not that good the last couple experiences I've had.
It's already not cheap, and I recently decided to give it another shot and take my lady out for dinner. Not only was her salmon gross (grey all over the bottom), but my bloomin' burger was dry, bloomin' onion was overcooked with black onions, and they NO LONGER MAKE FRESH CUT FRIES :( mine were not only store bought but also were overcooked. That was my last straw. If you can't even make fresh french fries (especially living in Idaho), you shouldn't be an expensive restaurant. You should be a mediocre diner.
And as if it wasn't enough, we waited 5 minutes in an empty restaurant just to finally be seated. No apology or anything.
I give a 1 star to the entire experience. Makes me sad, but will never go back as we were offered nothing to help ease our experience.

This restaurant is one of the few places that I feel comfortable eating as a person with celiacs disease. The staff is attentive, knowledgeable, and provide a great dining experience. I highly recommend this restaurant if you have food allergies or you are just looking for a place to settle down for a drink and some good food.
