One of my top 10 in Boise. Great food, good prices, good pours. Staff is happy to see you. Can get busy at dinner on Th/F/St. Cozy atmosphere. Wed live music is enjoyable and not obnoxiously intrusive to dining.

Food and service was great! The brew was some of the best I have had since I moved to Idaho. Highly recommend.

A charming old tavern with amazing beers brewed in-house & a menu of delicious food. The burgers are great, though I can never make it to the bottom of the huge portion of fries they serve. Easy to recommend this place to anyone.

Great atmosphere, a super awesome staff, great beer. Good food and a diverse menu. They use local ingredients and even make dog treats from spent grain, a truly great run company

Highlands Hollow is consistent in delivering excellent food and friendly service. Happy Hour poutine is my absolute favorite! Fries cut in-house, cheese curds, and a savory gravy with chunks of sausage. DANGEROUSLY GOOD! Salads are fresh. Balsamic dressing is drinkable. And, of course, a big, rotating selection of beer on tap. Pet friendly patio. Live music. I can't think of one bad experience at The Hollow. So glad to have this restaurant in my hood. Keep up the great work, friends!
