It has been a great experience. My claims person is awesome. She returns call within the same day. Always calling and checking in to make sure that everything that could be done is being done. Thanks for making a bad situation a little brighter.

Only one star because ZERO wasn't available. They never return calls or voicemails, they are slow to do anything and they definitely do not care about a persons health at all

State mandatory monopoly who thinks they are not a state entity. Will they rip you off? Yes they will. After dealing with these people I learned a few short things.
- Don't start a business in this state, if you do I suggest to automate all you can, there is no benefit to employing people as a result of this monopoly.
- Keep employees in the low wage bracket. There is no motivation to pay more because the insurance fund is there to take even more if you do.
- Finally, just don't start a business in Idaho and don't employ in Idaho. Perhaps someday we'll dismantle this group and create a competitive insurance option like pretty much anywhere else that is better place to start a business.
Now I know why young people leave Idaho and why Idaho is the low-wage state. These people are why, they are the deterioration of good employment in this state. By hey, we have call centers, lot's of call centers. Idaho seems so close to India.
