Been a patient since I was born. Love the place and all the doctors. The respect there is absolutely phenomenal.

I have been a patient of Dr. Mike Maier for almost 17 years. I have also been seen by all the other doctors. The doctors are all very smart, kind and caring. Over the past 2 years they have been hiring a lot of insensitive, young females as receptionists, nurses and medical assistants. If you are lucky enough to not get put on hold when you call, you get treated like you have no right to expect anything from them. As if you are a burden. I am only 24 myself, but I cannot believe how rude they are to their clients. Anyone looking for a new physician? Don't go to Mountain View unless Dr. Kocemba or Dr. Maier switch clinics. And don't ever, EVER take an appointment with their physician's assistant named Alex. I went to him because I couldn't get in to my regular doctor. I felt like I had pneumonia. They took x-rays and Alex said that my lungs were clear. The next day I was worse and was seen by Dr. Kocemba who looked at the same x-rays and said that I had pneumonia. They have had problems for years, save your money and go elsewhere, where you will get treated with respect and compassion.
