The office staff are the worst people to deal with. After 3 years of braces I would recommend you go to any other orthodontist.

My parents spent thousands of dollars to avoid the TMJ that I *did not* have... I've spent many more thousands (25k and counting) on correcting the TMJ and neck problems I wouldn't have had if my bite alignment had been left where it was supposed to be. That's not even counting the 24 cavities I've had to pay to fill, all where the brackets for my braces were placed. I never needed braces, if you're considering them... DO NOT do it based on the advice of this office!
