Best dentist with the best staff I've been to. Past dental experiences have always had me questioning if I'd ever return, but going to Carter Family Dentistry has effectively changed that perspective I once had. There's a lot of integrity that comes with good, honest, and quality practices and I can tell they strive to maintain this in their professional demeanor and expertise. I would recommend this dentistry for any type of dental evaluation or procedure, at a fair price to pay for a healthy mouth!

He always does a great job. I used to go to a dentist that would try and take me for everything. Scott is a straight shooter and explains it clearly. I don't like being sold to when it comes to my teeth. I want healthy teeth at a clean office and Dr Carter delivers. I recommend him to all my friends.

The hygienist was nice but we had major issues twice. The first time I had a root canal and they quoted the price for the root canal and the post but when they did it they also put a filling on it. When I went to check out and pay it was a lot more than I was told. When I asked why I was told they did something that they had not discussed with me or asked me if I was OK to have it done. This second time I took my kids in for a cleaning and after it was done was told they didn't check ins to make sure it was covered before we came. This is something every dentist I have ever heard of does. we used to have 2 ins and now we have only one and they don't take the one we have so I now am told I owe $400 FOR 2 CLEANINGS. This is such crap!!!! I asked why they didn't do a determination of benefits and I was told "That isn't our job it's the patients responsibility."
