There was good and bad with this place, but in the end I have to say that I can't recommend them.
Pro's: The staff is nice, polite and helpful. I truly did like the people here.
Con's: My Invisalign wasn't right. There was either a problem with the manufacturing or the model. That isn't the fault of this location, but I do fault for not listening. In the end I believe the problem with the trays was from the model they took. I was one of the first patients that didn't have the 'cast' taken, but instead the optical scan. The result was poor edging that cut every nook and cranny of my mouth. While it's likely the problems have been resolved, it's unlikely that they will listen to a patient when there is a problem. For this reason I cannot recommend them.

Excellent service! The staff are incredibly friendly and run on time. The dental hygienist remembered me, asked me about things we had talked about 6 months ago, AND did a great job cleaning my teeth. As soon as she was the done the doctor came in for the exam - so efficient! I actually had fun at the dentist office! Who knew?!

I was given an estimate of a $700 out-of-pocket expense after a $1300 insurance claim. Dr Smith did the work and then billed me for an additional $751. After receiving the bill, I spoke to the office manager on the phone multiple times, and personally went into the office on two separate occasions to find a mutually agreeable solution. Dr. Smith refused to speak to me directly. The office was very combative and offensive when I expressed concern over an estimate off by over 100%. The manager initially placed all of the blame on me, and eventually conceded to "errors in both parties." After pursuing all reasonable efforts to pay an amount closer to the estimate, I was forced to pay the full amount in order to save my credit from going to collections.

I originally started seeing Dr. Smith because of his experience and history with Invisalign, but because of the great experiences I had with his office I decided to start going their for my regular cleanings as well. The entire staff has always been polite, professional, and very timely with all of my appointments. I loved Donna, the hygienist - She is very gentle and soothing under less than ideal circumstances. I have never had my dentist call me personally to check and see how I was doing after having work done! I would recommend Dr. Smith to anyone looking for a family dentist that can do it all - I am extremely impressed with the CONTINUAL service and respect they provide to my family! Outstanding!!!

My experience with Dr. Smith and his staff was outstanding, i was not only scheduled in same day, but received great care. Dr Smith truely cared and took the time to explain any questions that i had. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a great staff and optimal care.
