Staff was great up until I called to report a small dent in the front bumper. I offered to pay $100 to have it repaired (quoted by a reputable local repair shop), but was told enterprise gets great deals on repairs. They assured me I would be better off letting them handle it. I trusted them, then got a bill for over $700. The bill included nearly $200 in junk costs; administrative fees, loss of use, diminishment of value. They wouldn't work with me on any of it, just sent a ridiculous bill to repair and paint their entire front bumper.
This for a car I never should have rented. Safeco Insurance sent me to enterprise while they processed a claim after their client totaled my car. Bad deal all the way around.

The staff was extremely helpful and courteous. I was upgraded to a mini-van due to a shortage of midsize cars. The car was clean and well cared for. I would definitely use this facility again for future travel needs

Everyone at Enterprise with whom I had contact was extremely courteous & helpful. We especially like the employees at our local Enterprise Office. They are so friendly; it makes you want to go back time & again. They answer all questions patiently & courteously. They take care to show us the car we are renting & point out any features with which we may not be familiar. We like them very, very much. The employees are the reason that we keep renting from Enterprise.

The staff at the Boise location where I rented this car were exceptionally helpful and courteous. they were equally so when I called to say I might have to bring the car back later than planned. the driver who transported me from my hotel to get the car was also excellent. he even gave me a short tour of Boise when he discovered I had not been there before and I had the time.
