Very high prices for very mediocre food. The $14 burger is one of the worst I've had in a while. A Big Mac wouldn't have been way better for a third the price. They have a decent beer list, but at $8.50 for a 13 oz pour the prices are ridiculous. This place makes NYC feel cheap.

I don't like leaving bad reviews, but this place deserves it. I observed many guests being ignored, including myself. Waitress took a very long time to get my soup out and didn't come back for a good while, when I wanting to order some more food. Also, refill on my Pepsi took 8 minutes. I was hoping mine was an isolated problem... But this was restaurant-wide. Would not recommend for people waiting on flights. But alcohol prices were good 😀

Horrible. Its a simple word, but best describes the experience I have here every time we come through BOI.
The wait staff is rude and slow. I know you are suppose to arrive 2 hours early to the airport, but thats to check-in and get through security. Not to wait for a burnt, dry and overpriced burger served by a person that hates their job and treats you like you're bothering them.
We waited thirty minutes to even be greeted after seating, and it wasn't even busy. Maybe 5 tables and a few people at the bar.
After our waitress took our order, thats the last time she came by. She didn't even bring us our bill, we had to hunt down someone to pay.
Waited an hour for food, offered no condiments even though we asked. Every table around us got them BEFORE they got their food, but not the table that had food.
Not a single person asked if we wanted a refill (an hour and half sitting at the table, I think its reasonable to want a refill).
Save your time and money. Go somewhere else or eat before coming to the airport. Don't give your money to place like this.

I admit it was busy, so much so that we shared a table with two other guests, but the waitress gave both of them a menu, even took their drunk order, and completely ignored us, didn't say hello to us or them. My mom got us some menus and I went to complain to her that we were also going to need service. She went to excuses before a sight apology. She then brings their drinks out and completely ignores us again. I tried to get her attention but she was already gone. We got some drinks at the bar no problem and left. At least don't get service from Ally.

I am not sure why there are so many low reviews. The service was great. I sat right away, got my drinks right away and the waitress took my order and my food arrived in great time. It seemed like everyone around me had the same typw of service from what i saw. Prices are a little high but that's expected with airport food. I would eat here again if I travel through this airport again.
