I ordered from here a week ago and the bread was extremely hard, I’m a uber and lyft driver so I’m out here all the time, well tonight I walk in and the guy working was talking to a customer and the female working was standing there too so I was running to restroom to wash my hands before I ordered when they rudely said “the restroom is for jimmy johns customers only” so I replied that I was trying not to be rude and interrupt them but I needed to wash my hands before I ordered and they waited about 30-45 seconds before they finally said I could go ahead

OK!!!! Lets say you go to Fire House Subs, or Subway, and you're seeking that craving for a nice sandwich with everything they offer. But, Subway tells you sorry we're out of bread, onions and tomato's. Lets say Fire House says we have no more mushrooms. I, as a patron choose to buy from Jimmy Johns because your sandwiches are unique from Subway and Firehouse. But I have never been told by these two competitors (we have no tomatoes). What the HELL are you doing open or even selling sandwiches. I came to your store to buy a sandwich. If I would have known you did not have all the ingredients I would have walked across the street to Fire House or drove to Subway.
If you don't have the ingredients you PROMISE I as a consumer deserve my money back or a discount. Can I come into your establishment and say sorry I am SHORT one dollar? The answer is no!
If you want to stay open to 3:00 am on Friday and Saturday treat customers right. Stop CLOSING DOWN THE FOOD STATION AND PUTTING UP CHAIRS. STOP BEING RUDE TO YOUR CUSTOMERS.
The female working last night when I arrived at 2:30 am was very RUDE. And she never asked me sir, what would you like on your sandwich. Everyone was in a rush. Also, tell your employees to STOP coming off the floor from cleaning using dangerous and poisonousness products and don't wash their HANDS. He came off the floor when I ordered and put gloves on and did not wash his hands.
Finally, stop playing THUG music with curse words in it you have patrons and children coming in your establishment.
In closing: You guys at this location lack profoundly in customer service and what Jimmy Johns is known for around the world.

Got home with my #5 Vito sandwich and two bites in I hit a hot pepper. I doubled checked the online menu and did again see that hot peppers are not in the sandwich but had to be requested. I pulled out almost two peppers worth of hot pepper rings. The rest of the sandwich was tasty after doing so but that was a nasty spicy surprise. I could understand an accidental one pepper ring but not a serving of them on there. Heads up anyone who orders.
