I was so disappointed. Great atmosphere but the ribs were tough as boot leather, Dreamland "honey" beer was uninspiring. Maybe I misunderstood what the BBQ sauce was supposed to taste like. The beans and coleslaw were pretty good. Banana pudding was excellent. Can this really be the famous Dreamland?

New to the Birmingham area and wanted to try a local go to for Bbq. There was no wait and we seated ourselves. Service was prompt and the waiter was pretty good even though he didn't tell us his name. Food came out promptly and was hot, not warm! The half slab was a little charred and the first rib was not tender but the remaining five were. Our meal was definitely fairly price. Overall, great place & would go again!

I did take out. The service was quick and we'll packaged. The ribs were just ok. But then again legendary ribs can only be so good when you expect the best ribs on the planet. Since my ribs are the best in the world I'm taking away a star.

The atmosphere was great. The license plates on the walls kept me entertained. Service was, let's just say, she needs help. The BBQ was different than I'm used to. Banana pudding was very good. Could have eaten more of the pickles. Only got one

Visited Birmingham and stumbled upon this restaurant. Ordered the ribs, Mac & Cheese, and baked beans. All delicious. Eat the mac and cheese fast, though. Not so good once it gets cold. Ribs were meaty and delicious. Beans were tasty too. And of all the beverages, you MUST order the sweet tea. Best tea I've ever had in all my days!! Neat restaurant as well. It goes upwards like the street/hill outside. Very friendly staff. Food is brought to you quickly.
