Call for an appointment? Leave a voicemail. They will without a doubt call you back at an inconvenient time for you and leave you a voicemail and give you a direct dial number to reach them..When you call it you're forced to leave a voicemail again! NO ONE in the entire Southview Medical Group picks up the phone EVER.
Also, St. Vincent's Hospital refuses to allow validation for parking..Total ripoff for a "Catholic" Hospital.

I have used Dr. Lichty for years and have always been very pleased with his care and his staff. Great medical office!

I love my doctor she takes time and listen to you. She has a wonderful nurse that will always call you back if she doesn't answer when you call.

I was billed incorrectly for services I did not receive. Sent a message through their FollowMyHealth Patient Portal and was urged to contact the business office. The business office rudely refused to help me with my issue saying the "dictation" did not match the purpose for my appointment that was requested. I would not recommend going here to a friend.

I do NOT recommend that anyone come here for an endocrinologist. If I could, I'd rate a -5 star. Dr. Sohn's staff, mainly the head nurse, is rude. Good luck getting your call returned within 24 hrs, if at all. I called for info on Mon the 10th, before 11am. It's Wed the 12th and no one called back. Needless to say, I've found a new doctor. He and his staff are wonderful!!!
