Great food! Great service! Really Really Fast! Try the loaded tater and the UFO winter blonde beer! Brenton was the best server, ask to sit in his section! We will be back!

There are several locations of Saw's in Birmingham, but this one is our favorite. Primarily because of the atmosphere. However, there is a dish or two at each location that is not served at the others. Recently, we went with some friends to a restaurant, which I won't name, in the Uptown District. My wife was so disappointed she made me take our friends to Saw's for their bread pudding as dessert. Once we got there we had to order a plate of the cheese grits, greens, onion rings and chicken so they could sample. Even though we all had eaten full plates of food less that an hour before arriving at Saw's Juke Joint. We love this place.

Great service and Food!
First time visiting and will definitely be back with family and friends. Smoked rubbed wings were delicious along with the fried whole okra and Street corn!!! Every thing was wonderful! My server Karen was very friendly and informative on what to eat. Super nice

Already busy at 11:45 am on a Tuesday and great BBQ is why. Ordered the Pork and Greens as recommended by my colleague who frequents Saw's. The combination of grits, greens, pulled pork and onion rings still sounds strange but was fantastic, some of the best pulled pork I've ever had. Colleagues had the smoked wings and raved about them. Will come back next time I'm in town!

The food was good with good beer choices and live entertainment. My loaded BBQ potato was big and flavorful. The fried okra appetizer had the vegetable sliced length wise and served with dipping sauce. Saw's had a few seafood dishes, served on grits, that some others at my table ordered that looked great. My wife and I thought the BBQ was average but the presentation of the meals were appealing which leads to my slightly above average rating.
