Annie was the most helpful person I encountered on my last trip to Billings! I was delayed and at the airport in Alaska and she stepped up and found a way to change my reservation with no negative impact to me or my pricing! Thank you Annie!

Got upgraded to a Buick LaCrosse with a 3.6 engine and got wonderful gas mileage. 30 MPG. Very nice employee to work with at the Billings, Montana airport.

I understand that everyone is busy these days and that leads to some people believing that their personal issue or problem reigns supreme of others. I had a one way rental from this location and due to a flight disruption decided that keeping the vehicle for my trip into Spokane would afford me the ability to get more done for work. I called the corporate number and the Missoula airport location for assistance and received none. Rude folks on the end of the line who could offer no helpful solutions. I then called the Billings airport location and was greeted by Andrea on the line. I explained the situation and she quickly made it so I was able to continue on my way without any further interruption. She was fantastic and a shining example of how to conduct service for a customer in need. Thank you Andrea and I hope you receive more recognition than this simple review.

Fast and friendly check out, great value for the vehicle and LOVE the Subaru Outback AWD - I can't say enough good about my Avis experience and will most definitely use AVIS again for next vacation!
