Very nice stop offering Community Coffee, brochures on hundreds of interesting places to visit, clean restrooms, and a peak at a huge (around 17 feet) taxidermy alligator.

Came for a workshop. The place is very well-maintained, and generally features a local attention-grabber. This day the star attraction was a giant alligator.

I went to a wedding reception here a few days ago and the facility was awesome. Plenty of parking and in easily-accessible location.

We had our kindergarten graduation hosted here and was truly shocked at the facility here. Several nicely equipped and well maintained conference rooms. Not at all what we expected from a "tourist info center". Vending machines and free coffee.
