We had shrimp and oyster Rockfeller, Debris gravy poboy. It all was amazing. I highly recommend you give it a try if your in the area.

Service was sub- par! Shrimp and corn soup was good and so was the shrimp poboy but take my advice and don't make it "Cheesiest" for $2.00. Most of the cheese was hanging off the sandwich so 90% of my cheesiest poboy was cheese-less.
I hope the oysters are better!!!!

Great Jolie oysters. They taste so clean and fresh. The local Gulf oysters are terrific too. It's a place to go for oysters so don't count on a varied menu. Beer menu is decent. I tried the fresh margarita and won't order it again

Service is average, atmosphere is average. Music is live but anyone can sing aparantly as me and my fiancé were forced to suffer through a woman who thought screeching classic hits was music. And I do mean screeching. Entrees would be considered average if they came with any sides, sadly they do not and I must rate the entrees below average. Oysters are not exactly rare in south Louisiana and so the market is extremely competitive. I would expect a place specializing in oysters to at least put some effort into their craft. "Jolie Pearl Oyster Bar: at least we have a nice location."

Very fresh oysters, at a great price. We were passing through tourists and it was very easy to get downtown for a late lunch. Cute area next to an art museum with fountains. Restaurant opened in 2014 and is very clean with clean bathrooms. It has good atmosphere and tastefully decorated. They have wonderfully simple one page menu. Gordon Ramsey would be proud. I was a little nervous to eat raw oysters on a road trip, but it was so good! Would definitely go back and do it all over again. We got a dozen gulf oysters and a half pound of very good chilled shrimp and some drinks for a 30 tab. Service was quick and friendly.
