Wouldn't bank anywhere else. I had an issue with an online order and Macy's had to call my branch to confirm the issue countless times due to Macy's reps being out of the US. They got disconnected many times because of the Macy's rep and never lost patience. RRB was always courteous and helpful. Love RRB!
