I've never actually had a problem here. The tellers are very courteous. Every time I've ever gone in there I've been in and out within 20 minutes. And they are usually smiling which is nice. I've gone during lunch rush as well. And no I don't work for Capital One.... I've just always had a good experience there.

It is always so slow. The cashiers are always flirting with the male customers. There's only ever 1 person working the drive thru. I can't stand that my office uses this bank and it takes me an hour EVERY Friday to deposit 1 check!!!! I might just close my account here as well.
