Laurin is one of the nicest person's I have ever met! I watched her successfully obtain 8 policies from an older couple who were a "do by what they know" couple. I will say they were very apprehensive to transition to State Farm because they had 2 autos, home insurance, motorcycle, boat (with motor and trailer), a travel trailer (5th wheel) and a huge, luxurious recreational vehicle (RV). Laurin went to their house and observed everything that they needed to cover. Not only did she end up saving them money, but she made a personal bond with them and gave her promise that she would protect them and their assets! It is very rare that you find such compaisson in a business owner and one that will truly act on it! If there were more Laurin's in the world, it would be a better place!!

I called Laurin to get a quote on my Toyota Camry. I spoke with someone on her team who was very sweet and knowledgeable. She was able to answer all of my questions and even offered to check my premium on a homeowner's insurance policy and life policy. I ended up saving $30/mo on my car insurance, and I got a multi-line policy that included the home and life since it was able to be packaged together at a serious discount. When I called back to clear up something on the life policy, they were able to explain it to me with ease. I would recommend Laurin and her great team to all my friends. VERY IMPRESSED!!

Great customer service! Was provided with an prompt and accurate quote from one of the helpful representatives at Laurin’s office. It was nice to deal with individuals who take pride in offering great service with low cost insurance.
