The absolute worst experience I have ever had dealing with an insurance company. Every month I was receiving different amounts for my bill. They increased premiums by $20 without notifying me at all. They removed discounts which I still qualified for without notifying me. When they were supposed to fix that and resubmit my bill they STILL sent me the wrong amount. Also they have got to have the world's least user friendly website. They tack on little things here and there without having an easily accessible itemized bill to be viewed to understand where the charges come from. AND THEN, if you need to cancel because you're sick of the consistent fluctuation of your bill, you have to call them. Then you deal with the, "Well we can do this for you if you don't cancel." Finally free of this commission based, money hungry bullshit. Hope I never have to deal with them again.
