This place is absolutely horrible!! The staff are nothing but ex cons and retards!! They absolutely do nothing for the people in there but treat them like they are not human beings!! I can't believe there is actually a place like this that is suppose to help people but instead they run it like a jail...
This place should be torn down and everybody fired!! If they had Minus stars..It would be a 100 for sure..

Awful, awful. Awful !!! A no touch rule, so you cant hug your family member.
The doctor changed my son's medication, he got worse everyday. I called and told them. Asked to speak to the doctor. Never did. Gave him 1,200/mth prescription for Latuda !!no way, on disability..absolutely crazy and he wasnt getting better on it in their controled care. After 2 weeks told he was being discharged, i said he is not well he is not stabilized. I refused to accept respomsibility of accepting his release. Do they just put him out on the street still sick.

My son and I took his wife to. Our Lady Of Lake on Monday night for a mental condition. she has been dealing with.they desided she needed to stay.so we left her.they called and said she was going to baton rouge behavorial.well this is saturday.no word from her or her dr.or social worker.we call and they say she's got to give us a case #.what kind of case workers can let a mentally disturbed person make any kind desions on her health care.we re worried sick.is she well or being abused.or is she even there they won't tell us anything.are they that heartless .my son is her husband who has a right to know.she may be kept against her will and hurt.read the reviews.pray for her

This place is a dump. My daughter is there and I wouldn't send my dog there. Mold and Trash meet you at the front door and it smell of mold. I have pictures to prove it about to call board of health. This place needs to be shut down.

I thought this was a great place. The staff was great and they did what they said they would do.
