I wish I could give this place no stars. Too many bar backs, not enough bartenders. Also, the bartender didn't get what I asked for. Never coming back.

I had to process a charge back with my bank because of this place. I went on a Friday and passed by a sign sitting out front that advertised $5 old fashioneds. Upon heading to the bar, I ordered an old fashioned, provided the bartender with my debit card and was told the tab was $10. I mentioned the sign out front, and was told that the special was only for happy hour. I tried to continue the conversation, but the bartender who already had my card ran the charge. After that, the bartender then informed me that the drink was $11. For an old fashioned made with well whiskey. Jesus. Never again.

Dynamic scene, friendly staff, relaxed yet fun atmosphere, good people for the MOST part is what Huey's is about. The prices are reasonable for 3rd Street. A fun place to dance at and have good conversations during the week. I wish it stayed open past 2:00 AM is my only gripe. Huey's and Churchill's are my favs in Baton Rouge!
