They SUCK! I would come here for my fav meal but the management sucks. I had horrible service and the manager, Rachel offered me a $25 gift card to compensate me...NEVER GOT IT. Then when I inquired about it everybody acted like they didn't know what I was talking about. I went there for my birthday for this particular dish and the black a manager was rude and looked at me like she wanted to fight me when I asked about them being out of a this certain dish for TWO DAYS. How do you run a restaurant and don't have a popular dish to sell? They suck. Birthday RUINED. I had been giving them the benefit of the doubt because I loved this particular dish and they are the only Applebee's in Baton Rouge but not anymore. I'm done with this restaurant. I hope they shut down. Horrible customer service. The black woman who manages needs her job taken away.

Too loud. Kids playing on their loud electronic devices. Only sports on the TV....could have cooked a better meal myself.

I always have a great time. Such a fun environment. And a great spot to watch football.

The food can be hit or miss. Have always had exemplary service, though. They keep the place pretty clean.

Wonderful wait staff. The young women waiting on us was fabulous. Food was excellent. Very clean establishment, just an overall excellent experience.
