Very nice and well staffed. More than just a stop at the entrance with a flyers, brochures, and coupons. This makes the city and the surrounding areas look appealing before you ever experience any of it.

Nice, clean contemporary building. Staff was friendly and helpful. Free short movie was interesting and informative.

It has free WiFi and free and very clean toilets. They had no maps of the city, but the staff was still very helpful. Good place to start a trip in this city.

This is an excellent first place to start your Baltimore visit or vacation. Located at the main harbor area. Several knowledgeable people to help & answer your questions.
Be sure to get their city map & the free Circulator bus route map & brochure.
Also pick up the free Baltimore magazine that has useful reviews & a calendar events.
