I was immediately greeted as I walked in the door.The customer rep.Mr.Noah Landon was thorough he called another branch to understand exactly what went on with our issue. He got up on his own to get my three year old crayons and coloring book. He was polite and never was rude because of the condition my husband was in due to medication. I was surprised to see how excellent Suntrust is because they don't have many branch locations but, their customer service makes up for it. Mr.Landon also didn't. Leave me on my own. He suggested that I call him if I need anything.☺Thank you suntrust
