I bought a suit online and wanted to try a different cut of pants, but they had a pretty limited selection in-store. The staff was very helpful though.

Some staff members are extremely welcoming, friendly and helpful; however, there are others who do not as much as greet me upon entering the store. As for the merchandise, it's what you expect to find in J. Crew - pretty well made for a pretty penny. Love the sales, of course and I absolutely love the selection of women's New Balance.
