Excellent and caring staff.
They are connected to the doggy daycare "camp 4 paws" next door. I often drop the pup off at daycare and have the staff take care of shots and checkups while the little pup is onsite. Super convenient. * I also take the cats there and they are great for cats too.

Great service, accommodating staff. Best part of this place is Dr. McReynolds. She is great with dogs and provides sound advice. I made the mistake of trying to find a vet closer to my new home and was astounded at how much I disliked them compared to Rosedale and Dr. McReynolds. I have always gotten the feeling that she really cared. For example, when my previous dog died unexpectedly (and was taken to an emergency vet, so not even the same office), Rosedale sent a sympathy card signed by the entire staff.
The facilities are clean and dog-friendly without feeling overly sterile and unwelcoming. One tip - call well in advance of when you need an appointment. They are busy!

I brought my newly rescued Rottweiler in for a physical check up and get the vet's opinion. Everyone there was scared of the dog, and they didn't do much inspection of him. They took him away from me to the back for a fecal check, which was a bad idea to separate a dog from it's owner, to do the procedure. They muzzled him, which I'm sure made him nervous, and decided not to do a fecal check. It was kinda ridiculous. Nevertheless, I paid them for not much of an opinion. I was told 4 Rottweilers have been here before, but I don't believe they have much experience with this breed. I'm sure they're fine with small dogs. Just don't come here if you have a big "scary" one.

I've been taking my two dogs here for a year and a half and I always have a good experience. Dr McReynolds is wonderful and her staff are awesome.

We've been going there for years and she has taken care of all our dogs past and present. One of the best vets in Austin, and is the only place I'll take my animals. The staff is amazing and the veterinarian is the best I've be to. She really cares about your pets and remembers them. If any of your pets get ill or you feel like something is not right I highly recommend taking them to Rosedale Veterinary Clinic.
