I had never heard of this vet until yesterday when I came home from lunch and unexpectedly found my dog was really sick. This clinic just happened to be the closest location to my apartment. My dog passed away before I arrived, but the staff really helped make an awful experience so much easier to bear. I obviously didn't have an appointment, but they let me sit with him in an exam room and gave me as much time as I needed to say goodbye. Dr. Stone and his staff have to be the most compassionate veterinary team I've ever encountered. I truly don't even know how to express my gratitude for the care and dignity they gave me and Charlie on the last day of his life.

Dr. Chan caught a problem with my 14 year female cat that no-one else has caught. She was kind, thorough, helped me understand what was going on. The clinic was very responsive when I had to bring my male in on very short notice. I really appreciate their competency and helpfulness.

Dr Chan & staff members had their hands full with my "new" cat, Mittie, who wasn't always cooperative during her first exam, but their patience and professionalism prevailed. I feel so fortunate to have such compassionate and skilled pros taking care of my girl.

The staff, Dr. Stone, and Dr. Chang are wonderful. I feel confident that they provide the best possible care form my dog and my cat. They always take great care to make the animals feel at ease.
