Gina and the team at Queen Spa were amazing - I showed them a picture of the nails/toes I wanted done for my bachelorette party and they completely exceeded my expectations! Can't wait to go back!

Got a mani/pedi with Gina, she's an awesome nail tech. The environment was clean and the staff was friendly. Prices are reasonable, I've already recommended the spa to a few friends!

Inexpensive, but also nothing special. Not a high end or luxe salon. They had overbooked themselves so I had to wait even though I'd made and appointment and they got my done as fast as possible. My nails turned out fine, but I also feel I could have done them myself.

They scalded my feet with the water when I first sat down in the chair. When I told my nail tech it was too hot, she just looked at me blankly. A few mins later I asked her if she could check for ingrown toenails, and she looked at the nail tech next to her and asked her what that meant. I didn't try to talk to her again. It's definitely not the best pedicure I've had. I gave this place 3 stars purely for the woman who offered me wine and would have refilled my glass had I wished it!

Every time I've been here, they did a great job with my pedicure. I really like Helen... you can tell she just KNOWS what she's doing and she's very kind always checking to make sure you're okay. Overall, highly recommend this nail salon. Btw, also agree with another commenter that it does smell like a nail salon, which is good on many levels.
