Are your hands made from the discarded remains of angels? One of the best massages I've gotten. I'll definitely be setting up regular sessions. Masseuse was so nice and inviting, facilities were clean, prices were reasonable. Thanks!

Overpriced and Horrible Nails Service
I have no idea how this spa has a 4.6 rating - I hope it is because the non-nail services are good. This was the worst nails service I ever had. It was my first and definitely last time there. Huge disappointment. It felt like my cuticles were not removed at all after paying a lot of money. The seats are not even comfortable for pedicures. Also, I was given a dry manicure - no soaking whatsoever, which I find unusual. My nails looked almost exactly the same after the treatment, and I find that unacceptable especially that this is an extremely overpriced place.
This place is definitely not worth your time and money.. You might be better off finding a place that is a nail spa only and looking at the reviews there. Most of the reviews here are regarding hair related services, which is misleading.

Disappointing & Over-Priced Manicure...
I gave Navaa the opportunity to respond first via email but they haven't, so here's my thoughts.
I chose Naava as it came recommended as a nice spa. I was also looking for a spa that did nail art and I saw online that Naava offered nail art for $5 on its Nail Menu.
I booked my appointment online for a Naava Manicure with gel add-on for 3:30pm but called afterward to confirm that nail art was still an option. Guest Services informed me if it was a simple design and the manicurist had enough time, it shouldn't be a problem.
At 3:00pm, 30-minutes before my appointment, I received another call from Guest Services asking if I could come in later as Theresa the manicurist was running behind. We agreed 4pm would work and again, Guest Services mentioned my nail art would be accommodated.
Once my manicure started, I mentioned the nail art to Theresa and showed her a simple nail design of nude polish with snowflakes (attached). She mentioned she'd never done that type of design before and nail art at Naava was typically only as intricate as an ombre design.
Not wanting to risk a botched manicure, I told her a solid polish would be fine.
Now, the Naava Manicure is advertised as --
'Soak and soften your hands with a shape, buff, cuticle care, and a light massage, topped with your choice of polish.'
For my treatment, there was no soaking. Afterward, there was cuticle care which was awfully painful because the cuticles were hard and dry -- due to the lack of soak.
To finish the manicure there was absolutely no 'light massage' unless you count the dab of almond oil applied to my cuticles by the glass dropper.
The overall ambiance was not relaxing as there wasn't even any background music playing in the lonely back room. I also felt rushed because I knew Theresa was running behind for the day when having to choose a solid nail polish color because my original desire of nude polish + snowflakes couldn't be accommodated.
For $55 + $10 tip, this experience was absolutely below par. I definitely expected more from a high-end salon voted one of the best in Austin and I had to share how unpleasant of a manicure I had.

Our experience at NAAVA was very pleasant. The facility is quit the sight and the amenities were lovely.
I came to NAAVA because it was the first time I grew out my hair. It was in need of a style. Rafael was very prompt and required very little details to begin his magic. His vision and action are commendable and I'm more than satisfied with my new hair style. Thank you Rafael and I'll plan to be a repeat customer.
Our experience at NAAVA was very pleasant. The facility is quit the sight and the amenities were lovely.

I absolutely cannot rave enough about NAAVA salon and more importantly Rafael!! I came in with 3 different colors in my hair and no idea what exactly I wanted. Not to mention how hair challenged I am, I know absolutely nothing about hair.... After showing Rafael a goal picture he helped me to understand, and when we were done my hair looked incredible! I can't thank him enough for spending 6 hours on me and making me fall in love with my hair already just in process 1 out of 2.
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND RAFAEL he is literally a miracle worker!!!!!!
