I'm only posting a five because I want people to see this and not make the same mistake as I did! I originally made an appointment to talk about laser hair removal but quickly realized I couldn't because of the time needed.!
Long story please for the love do not do cool sculpting..! What a waste and I should have listened to the red flags! First off she wouldn't let me go home to learn about cool sculpting because I would lose the special pricing she quoted me which is over 2500$ ..!
I got talked into doing the belly area cool sculpting, not only has it been three months later I still can't feel parts of my belly and there is not one shred of evidence that I lost any inches off my belly ..!
Before anyone thinks well I must be lazy etc eat bad Etc..! I am 5"5 145 pounds by jo means am I over weight but have a bit of a belly, that I was led to believe this machine will get rid of.! I'm just saying I'm out almost 3k and still have the same belly.! Worse experience ever.! I hate myself more that I let vanity get the best of me.!
I am disappointed that the girls in the office let me believe I would have a flat stomach and I don't.! but sure am broke.! I may come off bitter and I apologize ... I just sincerely care about others getting fooled by this company and their cool sculpting.! Not sure about their other procedures, I cannot speak for.
Don't use cool sculpting it is a scam..! Just eat right and exercise.. Honestly there is no miracle machine, pill, drink etc out there and I should have not listened to this company .! Please don't .!

This place is the best. I just moved here from another state. And think this is better then the one I use to go to. They are always really friendly and always make you feel comfortable. I would definitely recommend this location.

In 7th grade, I had the pleasure of experiencing the adolescent bullying of prepubescent boys for having hair on my upper lip. Now a grown ass woman with a grown ass job, I reflect on the nickname "Stache" they so creatively gifted me with, and the times I would ride the bus home battling my biggest insecurity. I've spent the last 16 years using hair removal creams, shaving, tweezing, etc., to try and maintain it. After getting drunk at a bar recently with one of my closest friends and recapping my challenging relationship with my "stache", she suggested I visit Ideal Image. I'm so happy I did. I immediately felt welcomed by their team. They were extremely informative, honest and helpful, making me feel comfortable in what was once a very uncomfortable topic for me to discuss.
Like a 7th grade girl all over again, I called my mom and told her how I excited I was about this process as soon as I returned to my car and assured her I was in good hands with the ladies at Ideal Image.
There's something very empowering about taking an insecurity (as minuscule as it may be to some people) and being proactive to fix it. Ladies, (and men, too), do what you need to do in order to feel confident (note: within reason), and make sure you trust the team that is supporting you throughout your journey like the ladies that helped me.
It won't be cheap, but Ideal Image isn't trying to hide that - so know that going into it. And also, why would you want a laser zapping your skin that's the "best bargain"?

I went in for a consultation with the intention of purchasing a package. The lady took me back and informed me of how the process works. Basically, the light follows the hair to the follicle and kills it at the root. She mentioned how Ideal Image is the only place in which the light goes all the way down to the root. Then we talked about pricing. For my armpits it was over $1700 for 9 treatments if I signed up that day. If I signed up that week I would be paying a bit over $1900. If I waited till after that week it would have been over $3000. She talked about a payment plan and touch ups are cheaper after 9 sessions, well if the business is so good at removing hair for life they wouldn't have to offer touchups. I mentioned that I was going to talk to someone else about laser as well. She was really quick to say that any other company besides ideal image (like offers on groupon) won't work because their light beam only goes to half of the length of the hair, not to the root, thus not ridding the hair for life. The fact that she wanted to bash other companies and act like Ideal Image was the only company that worked left a very sour taste in my mouth. I will not be recommending Ideal Image to anyone or ever give this company my money.
