The most relaxing afternoon I've had in my life. Top notch staff and amenities.
I found this spa online. After several attempts to call to schedule services I settled for leaving a voicemail. Three days went by with no communication. I emailed a letter of discontent. It was promptly returned by a courteous apology. My services were quickly scheduled via email. Today I was on cloud nine after a massage, facial and pedicure. Nothing could have made my day more pleasurable. Upon checking out the receptionist informed me AWAY had made some accommodations for me due to the disappointment experienced during scheduling. It was completely unexpected and a true show of good faith from the management team. Please consider scheduling a service if in Austin. I will be back.

What great customer service! I had an expired voucher and they honored the dollar amount to my service. I am so happy that I can get the facial I am in need of, its not the one listed on vouchar, the dollar amount is applied to the facial of my choice. That is amazing! Thank you Away Spa!
