Had dinner here last night with about 15 people. As with many large groups, there are a lot of personalities. I just wanted to thank the waitress and hostess that were working last night that put up with our group. They were both awesome and would recommend the service here. 👌👍

If you're looking for bland, gringo style tex-mex where flavor takes a back seat to everything, this is the place for you. Food came out about 3 minutes after I ordered it, which suggests they had it sitting in the back room just waiting for my order. Too many good tex-mex places in Austin to waste your time here.

Food might be good didn't even have a chance to check it out. Ordered Seasonal draft off the menu and the bartender looked at me like I had three heads. Turns out that's not actually available.
I get it. Not every restaurant is about craft beers. That's fine. But maybe at least keep your menus up to date and have your waitstaff aware of what's on it.

I've been going to maudie's for 30 years. A big favorite of mine. Always great food and prices. Consistently great food.

I ordered steak and chicken nachos. There was one piece of meat per nacho on my plate...... and the price was $11!! The manager corrected the order and was very clear to let me know that she would fix it this time but not would not the next time. Apparently nachos come with little meat here? That's my only complaint. Over all good customer service. They were packed and my waiter still came to my table frequently.
