What a great experience! Our closing was this morning, the morning that Austin was deluged with rain and tornado warnings. Both my wife and I were late arriving, yet they were more than accommodating! Although they had clients scheduled after us for the rest of the day, we felt NO pressure or shortness on their part to complete the process. Susan Outon was personable and professional, and made the experience all about us. After a stressful two month process of purchasing our home, it is MUCH appreciated that the final step was enjoyable and efficient.
