Hospital demanded $500 cash before admittance even though they are in network on my PPO and I should pay nothing. Now busy trying to get it back.

I had spinal surgery towards the end of August. Every person I came across was kind and able to accommodate my requests. The only error came when I came out of recovery, my catheter was not removed. I was supposed to be up 'at will' but was unable to get up. It took a little while to get that straightened out, but again, everything was handled professionally.
