Easily the worst customer service i have ever recieved, from what looked like a manager no less. Go through the drive through and barely get started making my order and the lady taking the order doesnt even bother turning off the headset to basically have attitude about the order we were making with the rest of the staff. And when she asked if there was anything else and i added one more taco she sighed really loud and proceeded to tell the line cooks with yet more attitude and when we get to the window she was basically rolling her eyes and just seemed like she didnt care. I have worked fast food before myself and i understand things happen.... However a customer never deserves to be treated this way. For any reason.

I would love to show you all the pictures of the food that was just served to me. I guess the cooks were mad when I was trying to remember which combo I order at the window because their speaker wasn't working. The meat looks watered down in the tacos and they didn't put any lettuce in them. The cashier and the cooks were cussing each other back and forth and I could hear from the drive through. It looked so bad i threw it all in the trash. I was scared to eat a single bite bc it looked so bad. Who is doing the hiring here lol? Won't go back.

I ordered two bean burritos and a medium Dr. Pepper at this location and the cashier at the window forgot to give me my drink. I didn't notice til I drove back to work at which point I had no time to go back and get it. I called this location at their number (803) 613-0760 and asked them if they would not charge me for a drink I didn't get. The person on the phone said that "we already charged it so there's nothing we can do" and when I said I would dispute it with my bank he told me to "chill."
Definitely never going back to this location

As I watched car after car go through the drive thru pretty quick, their inside customers were lined up and my wait was about 20 minutes. There was just 3 orders ahead of me. They left off my Cinnabon and I had to ask for them to correct that.
