Not good. Restaurant unclean ice machine broken. Ice cream machine broken. Being In hospital that's for kids they should be more professional with service.

I'm surprised at the reviews! We've had to eat here a lot recently while visiting the hospital and the staff is efficient and friendly. They get orders out very quickly considering how busy they are

From the inside looking out. There are a lot of new workers with great attitudes including myself. We work as fast as possible and we make it our goal to greet and smile to all of our customers.

McDonald's is McDonald's anywhere you go. This particular one is inside of the Children's Hospital of Georgia. Clean and fast.
