I took my dog to get groomed here, and about 30 minutes they called me back. I come in to see they've only shaved my dog in the middle of his back and says he had unknown dirt on his body so they had to stop. Then made me see their vet and was charged over $200 for medications and a shot. Moral of the story, never going back, waste of time and too much traffic getting there.

I have been here several times and i feel like the wait time to check out is always ridiculously long.

I took my Maltese, Riley for a bath. After dropping him off, I get a call from Royal saying that he is "severely matted from head to toe" and had to be shaved. I brush Riley every day and let me tell you, he was not matted and could have been easily bathed. So on top of having to pay for something I didn't want at all, Riley has been absolutely TRAUMATIZED since the event. I don't know what they did, but he hasn't stopped shaking for three days and acts scared of everything. He's limping and looks pitiful. Do not take your sweet babies here! Who knows what they will do.

Review for grooming service: We brought our puppy here for his nails to be clipped as we had mixed results doing it ourselves at home. The lady that assisted us with checking in seemed nice but was not in any sort of rush. While we were checking in another employee arrived and seemed disinterested in acknowledging any of the humans or animals in the room and refused to answer questions asked of her by her colleagues.
The male that "trimmed" our puppies nails came over and made no attempt to learn anything about our dog including his name or how he has done previously with trimming his nails. After making two attempts to trim his nails, of which our puppy wasn't enthusiastic about the experience, he gave our dog back and simply said "take him to your vet". No other information was given to us, we tried to apologise to the male and ask if we needed to pay or anything, but the man was out the door before we could finish.
Only one of the five people in there seemed to like animals and seemed knowledgeable about her job. This lady didn't trust other employees with the task that were assigned to her and asked for help with tasks, which feel upon deaf ears.
We will not be returning!

Review is for Grooming Department! Been there several times by now. Online check in never really works. At least that's what I get told. Staff is not very motivated. Mini-Schnauzer cut it hit and miss. Thankfully we are moving so I will we will have different options in the future. Oh, and if you ask for the manager they start laughing at you. Good luck!
