Went to this location was disappointed with the sugar wax. After the wax was done I had to point out hairs that were missed (probably on purpose because the hairs were clearly visible). The lady seemed annoyed that I pointed this out. So within weeks my hairs grew back which has never happened before. My legs simply weren't waxed properly! The end result, I also had a bad reaction all over my legs of hair bumps galore. I told them I had sensitive skin but they didn't take it into consideration. Won't be going back to this location but I will go to the midtown one where I was waxed far much better.

Natasha is amazing and made me feel comfortable. Brazilian with very minimal pain just discomfort.

I lived in Grant Park and went here for 2 years. The staff is nice, my wax is always perfect. Definitely come here. I sad I moved and can no longer come here!

The best place to get a wax in my opinion. The employees are extremely friendly and make sure you're comfortable. They advise you in breathing techniques to help ease the pain and tension as well. On top of that the first wax is $10 off.
