I showed up for my botox appointment (which was probably my 4th or 5th botox appointment there, only to be told they didn't have any botox in stock, but that they did have Dysport. I've never tried Dysport and know nothing about it, yet they fully expected me to just "trust them" that it works exactly the same and is injected exactly the same. It took me many months of research and talking to friends to finally feel confident enough to try botox in the first place. That they expected me to just switch to some other injectable that I know nothing about was quite shocking to me. And after doing a bit of research, from what I read from other plastic surgeons websites, it actually isn't injected exactly the same. Dysport spreads 2cm more than botox which means the injections are placed differently than with botox. This was a very frustrating experience and a complete waste of my time. I won't be going back.

I'm glad I decided upon Look Young Atlanta! The staff was friendly and attentive, even though they were very busy on a Saturday. I'm looking forward to seeing the results of my laser treatments!

Great experience with both front desk and technician. I liked the fact I was able to email initially and move to phone calls if I wanted to. It's extremely calm and quiet environment, which helps the mood. Clean room from what I can see. Also fast service and attentive technician (Stephanie). Plus they are a LGBT friendly place with ample parking. Great overall!

This facility and nice and clean. The staff was friendly and informative of the service recommendations.The products seem high end and the location also great. I'll definitely be coming back.
