Menu selection was good service was sub par. Party of 8 on a Saturday @ 8 and the bar wasn't even half full. Food to over an hour to get. No refill the whole 2 hour visit. We frequently had to get other servers because out waitress was no where to be found. 2 meals had to be recoiled and we had to request ticket changes because the orders were incorrect.

This place service is horrible, let me just describe my experience that I am having right now!!!! I arrived at 4:10 while I was walking up there was a young lady sitting in the window looking out. Once we go inside I noticed she was a hostess or some form of employee. We stood there while she made a conscious effort not to look up so she wouldn't have to seat us. We then sat upstairs we were there for 20mins without being acknowledged. So upon departure we asked to speak with the manager another 5min wait..However once we explained the situation to Tim he offered to comp our next meals. So...

Food is always good, however the drinks and service SUCKED worst I’ve seen in a long time. It’s slow, waiters standing around talking watching tv while we sat at a table for 15+ minutes before anyone came over. I had to ask then it was confusion on who was our server

First timer to this restaurant. I enjoyed the ambiance. The food was good. I ordered the Carina Skillet with chicken, sour cream and guacamole on the side. I will be back again

Very disappointed in the service. My server was very distant, never came around.
I do not know her name, but she was extremely pregnant (i don't care about her being pregnant, but I would like some manger to know who I am talking about)
She brought out the chips and salsa I ordered, i immediately saw it was the wrong salsa, yet she didn't say is there anything else she could help us with, instead she just walked away. I then had to find her and tell her I believe she brought out the wrong salsa, she then told me I was wrong and that is not what I ordered, even though as soon as it was laid down my friend said "didn't you order the red salsa"
Then my water was empty and she never came back to refill it once. Which again was disappointing.
Finally, as soon as she dropped off the tacos I was going to ask for a cup of buffalo sauce, again she left and never came back. I wish I could have given a negative tip.
The food was decent...sooooo silver lining?
