awful awful awful. the speaker at the drive thru does not work no one thought to put a sign stating that so of course the line was long while everyone was yelling hello to a non working drive thru speaker. After waiting 45 minutes in line I got to the window the staff member open the window and looks at me no greeting no word of apology for the long wait for the broken box. I gave my order the staff member tell my price take my money give change and close window back. my food came out I was given my food and the window was closed again. Worse experience ever. don't eat here unless u r extremely hungry.

The chicken was great, service was a little slow but I think they were a little short staffed. Other than that I'll definitely eat there again!

Employee at the window was nice. Had wrong order 2 out the last 4 times I've come to this specific location. simply errors like wrong order completely, given mild instead of spicy (w/o notification), etc. not the best service

The chicken at this location was superb. Not only the chicken, but the price, the friendliness of the people, the cleanliness of the place, and the waiting time were great. Thank you.

The worst i have ever experienced...around 10pm 0n 7.7.17 i drove up to the drive through line. We sat there about 10 min w/o ever getting up to the microphone to place an order. My friend got out of the car and went inside to place our order. I managed to back up my car and went inside as well. There was also a line inside because there was a wait 10 min on chicken. The customers were upset and complaining very loudly...stating they had been waiting for quite some time on their orders. Then all of a sudden one of the customers got into a heated argument with one of the workers behind the counter. They were using the "F" word left and right towards each other with other choice words. I stepped back in fear....there are too many people getting shot over stupid stuff like this. The argument insued on...the manager could not calm the worker down...he began throwing things. His girlfriend who was in the lobby area had to literally get up in his face to get him to go outside of the restaurant. The manager offered her apologies to the customer and gave him additional food with his order as a good jesture in light of what had happened. My friend and I finally got our order....needless to say the chicken was hard. Nothing like the food advertised on the TV commercials. Needless to say this was by far the worst restaurant experience in my 62 years of life on this earth. I plan on reaching out to the district manager of the store to share this ungodly experience.
